Although nearly thousands of universities and colleges have established logistics management before September in 2009,students still can't meet the demands of logistics enterprises because this job requires a lot for operating skills.The traditional cultivating model is strongly based on theory,which shows that lacking practical skills while paying too much attention on theory has become a common problem in logistics management professional teaching.Students' quality under the traditional cultivation model is not in accordance with what enterprises need.Therefore,reform on talent cultivation is impending and urgent.This paper made a comparison between logics education development both at home and abroad and talents cultivation situation though a lot of literature data.We find that there are still problems in Qingdao Huanghai University needed to be resolved.First,the cultivating model still can't meet the demands of enterprises.Second,differences between teaching contents,settings and the whole development are still big.Third,the teaching methods are too simple.After analyzing massive data,we find that we should focused more on skills instead of classes and we should pay more attention on skills practice.Only by this way can schools cultivate excellent students when they are more easily to be prepared to get into work.This paper mainly discussed 5 aspects about the measures of how Huanghai logistics management university improve the talents cultivation.------enacting possible cultivating aims;adopting distinctive methods;strengthening the building of teachers and equipments;setting up a closely relationship between enterprises and schools widely and deeply and setting up a complete course evaluating system as well as guarantee system.
