With the development and application of computer and network technology, a variety of network resources platform construction emerge in endlessly, much attention has been paid to the development and utilization of resources. The developed resources is in the state of dispersion and lack of unified management. The network resources platforms are mainly aimed at teaching resources. The structure of the platforms are almost the same and the information collected are in low utilization rate. New curriculum reform requires to change the students’ learning style and advocate cooperative learning and inquiry-based learning. But there is no available resources platform for students to use, so the development of inquiry-based learning has certain obstacles. Aimed at this situation, the writer puts forward building middle school students history resource, and hope that through the history resource platform, helping middle school students become the master of historical resources, give them the opportunities to contact and use the resources.This paper mainly explores the necessity of building the historical resources platform, the content it should contain and the application in practice. As a high school history learning repository, the crowd is mainly for middle school students, therefore, the content should qualify for middle school students’ cognitive development levels and personality characteristics. Some columns such as biography, series dynamic video, electronic museum, historiography, literature books, and other content in the repository should be included. Of course, the construction of historical learning resources platform is not a person can do. It is hope that in the near future we can see the historical learning repository completed, and provide service for students’ history learning.
