Inquiry-learning Curriculum can help students acquire their own knowledge and form the conclusion through practical activities. Compared with the traditional reception learning method, Inquiry-learning curriculum truly concentrate on students finding problems themselves, forming ideas and nurturing problem-solving skills. In other foreign countries, the inquiry-learning curriculum is receiving growing attention.Through extensive literature and essays researching, I basically determine the norms, principles, methods, and procedures in the study of curriculum development. It includes curriculum objectives,the contents of the curriculum and how to evaluate learning effects. Through the study, I defined the basic research study curriculum development approach, which helps to develop my curriculum development capabilities.The theory of this study is Taylor’s book " Principles and Methods of curriculum development ".The answers to the following four questions form the contents of the curriculum development.The four questions are "Why to teach? What to teach? How to teach? How to evaluate the effects?"The answers to the four above questions constitute the contents of the inquiry-learning curriculum. The course includes the four following points:how to determine the curriculum objectives; how to determine the curriculum contents; How to determine curriculum implementation methods; how to evaluate the learning effects.This study is targeted at the following points:Help students explore knowledge through experience; form breakthrough thinking way, learn to get the information they need from the numerous databases; promote students to exchange ideas; train students to respect the laws of science and form scientific attitude; help students to develop a sense of ownership and responsibility.The contents of the curriculum include the following points: literature review guidelines:introduction of major domestic database resources, how to determine the topic by searching the database; topic selection guide:research category describes the principle issues identified; subjects design guidance; program implementation issues process guidance:guidance on how to record the experiment and adjust experimental program according to the experimental procedure; guidance on how to write report.The evaluation includes the following points: To embed curriculum and assessment throughout the course, using the rating scale for evaluation. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation are both included. Assessment body includes teachers and students themselves. Portfolio assessment and questionnaire are both used. Experimental research is used, both the experimental class and control class were conducted by pretest and posttest. Spss software is used to analyze the experimental data.Students select research topics, design program issues, implement their projects improve their projects and write report all by themselves, learn how to conduct research with in-depth knowledge and personal experience. Mastering learning study method can help students explore ideas, to identify problems and develop problem-solving abilities Show topics to include students from the project, to experiment, to test the process of recording and analysis, to the analysis of experimental data, write the report. They raise the question, set up the research methods, write down the research process, variable analysis, experimental results, the experiment reflect other aspects.This paper is based on a high school biology curriculum development research study in Suzhou, and aims at building up a research study course experiment mode gradually The study will address four aspects of the course:how to determine the course objectives, the implementation of the course content, course teaches methods and curriculum evaluation.In this study, I learned from the implementation of development programs to basic research study to determine the contents of the curriculum.Topics that I directed include "environmental enzyme production and efficacy validation" and "how dirty stuffs around us are".All the students get a certain improvement.Through the study, students have learned how to limit topic, how to make use of the Internet, how to exchange ideas and how to cooperate, how to write papers. The research results can be used to assist teachers to develop inquiry-learning courses.This course is successful to a certain extent.
