The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy, and our society is increasingly showing the characteristic of "learning", which is a lifelong learning society. The study mainly includes "the establishment of the biological learning curriculum resource platform in high school" and "the practice of the biological learning curriculum resource platform in high school".Against the background of the "people-oriented" social development concept and the "student-oriented" education development requirements, we choose "learning curriculum resource" as the research object on the basis of the analysis, identification and understanding of the related concept, and we conduct a search for the information of the learning curriculum resources to establish the concept of the learning curriculum resources; we design two questionnaires in order to investigate the actuality of the learning curriculum resources and the learning interest and learning strategies of students in Biology in high school, and make sure the fundamental in selecting the learning curriculum resources; we present the learning curriculum resources in the form of chapters ;we use the technology of information to establish the learning curriculum resources platform, which can enables the students to learn individually to be in accordance with their own needs, and realize the continuous supply and utilization of the learning curriculum resources, to explore the value of the learning curriculum resources in the learning of Biology in high school."The platform of the biological learning curriculum resources in high school " includes the biology teaching resources, the biological learning resources and the communication between the teachers and the students, so it is providing useful information not only for the students, but also for the teachers and the administrators in school.During the practical process of the platform ,we use the teaching methods of students self-learning and teachers leading to improve the students' learning style, so that students can appreciate their own learning as the main body of ownership and a sense of responsibility ,which can cultivate the students' independent learning ability, the capacity of finding and solving the problem. The results of the practice shows that: it is useful in high school to adopt the teaching method of using the information (learning, curriculum resources) analysis to guide the students to find the problems ,and solve the problems with existing knowledge and life experience. Special attentions should be paid to the following questions in the use of the teaching method. Firstly, we must fully analyze the students' actual levels of knowledge, that is, to analyze the characteristics of the learners, make sure the information should reflect the characteristics of learning, to ensure that the students in the classroom is initiative. Secondly, we must pay attention to the choice of the curriculum content, because not all courses are suitable for using this teaching method, that is, to carry out the analysis of the materials. Lastly, we should pay full attention to the incidental and after-classroom problems, and adjust our teaching to it; it is helpful in the future teaching.The new curriculum reform advocates the autonomy of the students learning which aims at helping students master the method of life-long learning and to inform the accurate understanding of knowledge and science. The study of " the establishment and practice of biological learning curriculum resource platform in high school", which integrates with the current teaching practice in high school, makes use of the platform of network information, to reflect the ideas of the New Curriculum, promotes the students' learning initiative , so the article has certain reference value in practice.
