The talent is playing a more and more important role in the international competition.Nowadays,what we need is the person with innovation and practical ability.Science education is one of the most important ways to cultivate innovative thinking and exploring ability.Therefore,all countries put it in the first place.As an important part of science education,biological science education plays a very important part in cultivating talents.So,the new curriculum standard proposes new curriculum objectives for high school biology teaching according to the specifications of the required talents.The traditional teaching mode is no longer applicable,but the inquiry teaching is a kind of teaching form that aims to improve students' biological science literacy.This article mainly explores how inquiry-based teaching can be applied to different types of high school biology courses under the new concept of curriculum standards and,in order to achieve the goal of improving students' biological science literacy.First of all,by collecting relevant literatures,we can briefly introduces the current situation abroad,the achievements that have gained and the importance it attaches to inquiry-based teaching,the development of inquiry-based teaching in our country and the interpretation of new high school biology curricula,and new curriculum requirements.At the same time,the theoretical basis of inquiry teaching,the principles and strategies of implementation are in discussion.Secondly,inquiry-based teaching is combined with senior high school biology curriculum under the concept of new curriculum standard,and the specific application cases,analysis of inquiry-based teaching in basic curriculum,extended curriculum,research-oriented curriculum are respectively designed.Finally,we can draw conclusions by analyzing the practical results through the test scores,questionnaires.
