Inquiry study has the important meaning and unique contribution to the all-round development of students'quality, especially for bringing up the innovative spirit and practicing ability. Carrying out the Inquiry teaching method in the biological class is beneficial to the students themselves'construction knowledge and is beneficial to training students'ability of the scientific reasoning .In this way, we can abstain the ability of new knowledge, the ability of critique thinking, the ability of analysis and solving problems, the ability of cooperation and communication. At last, we reach the request biology curriculum standard (experiment). Only this we can make students three hold together on knowledge with technical ability, processing with method, emotion attitude and values. The construction doctrine thinks that study essence is the knowledge's construction process. It is also process of the individual and external world's coactions. The background is the certain social interaction, asocial norm, society culture product. The study essence constructs new knowledge and process of understanding. This is the process of coming into being significance.The new wheel course reforms have spread in our country. I try to carry out the researching study from the following aspects on biology's class. 1. Exploration teaching method in lesson---read the document data. 2. Researching teaching method in experiment class (with 2 ways: the all talk togetherâ‘¡Interest group research first, then explore together) 3. Inquiry teaching during investigating and studying.By inquiry teaching methods of several ways, we discover this is helpful to the change of studying way of students and to improve students'accomplishment of biological literacy. We can learn from the following parts. Firstly, judging from the way of studying, students strengthen their consciousness. Secondly, judging from teacher-students relation, the teacher is the lead factor, the student is the main body. It's more obvious to embody the bond of study and teaching. Thirdly, Judging from the teaching goals, students'ability and the emotion target are promoted quickly. Finally, judging from the teaching effect, the students can contact reality and apply knowledge nimbly. But to the high school teaching, a lot of inevitable problems have appeared in the process. For example, the exploratory ability of students and teachers are limited, the class hour,soft and hardware are limited. These made the researching teaching more difficult. How to carry out it under available teaching system is well worth considering by every teacher.
