Today, in order to strengthen the scientific quality of the young generation, all countries in the world attach great importance to science education.This research compare 《Science Curriculum Standards of3~6grades》, the existing primary native science curriculum standards in China,with((Science Syllabus Primary2008》, the existing primary native science curriculum standards in Singapore.In the aspect of curriculum framework, the content of China and Singapore’s has similar in arrangement, both of them reflect their respective advantages, but also get different in course orientation and design ideas.In the aspect of lesson objective and content, both China and Singapore present uncertainty of objective and that reflects the post-modern perspective on curriculum; both focus on course content reform, and highlights comprehensiveness and life; both of them pay attention to the problems of human development and advocate sustainable development. There still difference in the presentation, scientific inquiry and ability level requirement between them.In the teaching evaluation, the two countries reflect the different point while using a variety of evaluation methods; they have different emphasis on assessment objective; China pay more attention to the diversification of evaluation subject; Singapore more advocate the use of information technology.After the detailed analysis, At the last Part,it presents the conclusions and implications: Improve the design of curriculum goals; Set different kinds of Science Curriculum; Attach importance to Situation of Scientific inquiry; Strengthening science and technology association; perfecting the teaching evaluation system of Science Curriculum.
