In the21st century with the developing of economics and society, talents with entrepreneurial spirit and capacity are greatly needed. In the situation that employment pressure tends to be heavier, a new choice occurs that many students start their own businesses after graduation. But the rate that students independently start an undertaking is quite low, the main cause due to the lack of good entrepreneurial qualities. Based on the related literature, this paper defined core concept in quality, entrepreneurial quality and enterprise education and so on.analyzes the existing theory achievement in the fields of undertaking education. Described the practice at home and abroad, elaborated the rationale of University students’ innovative undertaking quality and provided the theoretical basis.This paper takes Y University students as main object of study, conducted a survey of them to understand something about the current students in undertaking consciousness, undertaking attitude and initiative capacity.According to the information and the basic situation, summarized some quite prominent issues, targeted on the part of teachers and students were interviewed to reveal the problems which exists in the entrepreneurial quality aspect to provide an effective basis.Finally, through research, this paper analyzed attribution of the remaining issues in the entrepreneurial quality and then puts forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions. In objective level, university can sound objective and idea of entrepreneurial quality education which conforms to our nation condition. In educational level, entrepreneurial quality education should be run through the whole process of personnel training, forming a teaching system which integrate entrepreneurial quality and course objection. Meanwhile, the course content of entrepreneurial quality education should be further deepen in choice and organization. The transformation of education should be comprehensive deepen. Teaching system of entrepreneurial quality education should be completed and faculty should be enhanced. In practical level, the university can enhance the practices of entrepreneurial quality education by cooperation with enterprises, encouraging college students to invent and create, and contracting college students entrepreneurial education base or incubators and so on to set up platform which can enhance college students’ comprehensive entrepreneurial quality.
