This paper makes an investigation on the influence of alleviating anxiety caused by Female college students participating in the third set of secondary aerobics of the masses at different times and it founds that different periods makes a big difference to the effect of relieving anxious emotion. This paper suggests Female college students choosing proper period to take part in aerobic sports, in order to improve the level of self-awareness about health, foster sound personality, and promote physical and mental health all-round development of students.In the meantime, this paper provides valuable information for reformation of aerobics curriculum and class hour arrangement. The thesis adopts the means of reading documents-. questionnaire survey、logic analysis、mathematical statistics、expert interview, etc. According to the research need and the actual situation, this paper takes the anxiety level of Female college students in grade2who study aerobics at different periods in Wenhui road campus and slender west lake campus as the study object. After16weeks of aerobics exercise, This thesis has come to the following conclusions:(1) Attend the morning session than the afternoon session of aerobics workout aerobics workout better to alleviate the anxiety level of the effect of female college students, ASA can effectively reduce anxiety levels and can effectively reduce state anxiety levels of female college students of female college students.(2) After16weeks of aerobics workout, aerobics workout to attend the afternoon session to attend the morning session of aerobics workout than better trait anxiety levels to alleviate the effect of female college students, can effectively reduce the level of trait anxiety of female college students.(3) Before exercise, after attending aerobics workout SAS anxiety level female students showed remarkable differences, indicating that participation in aerobics workout SAS to alleviate the anxiety level of female college students have a certain effect.(4) Before exercising, aerobics workout after attending the state anxiety level female students showed remarkable differences, indicating that participation in aerobics exercises to alleviate the state anxiety level of female college students have a certain effect.(5) Before exercise, after attending aerobics workout trait anxiety level female students showed remarkable differences, indicating that participation in aerobics workout to ease trait anxiety levels of female college students have a certain effect.
