Balance ability is a prerequisite for maintaining or changing body posture,and a basic ability of the human body.At present,the domestic research on balance ability tends to improve the balance ability of the elderly and prevent falls,ignoring the research on the training of balance ability of young women.in fact,a better balance ability in middle-aged and young people is the basis and guarantee to maintain balance and reduce falls in the future.Some studies have shown that exercise can prevent and improve the balance ability of the human body.Mass aerobics has simple movements,various footwork,rich content,and has a better fitness effect,and the ankle standing and turning movements can better develop the strength of the ankle joint and improve the function of visual organs and vestibular organs.and then improve or consolidate the balance ability.Step aerobics is completed in the process of up and down pedals,which is the transformation from one body posture to another,which can be re-established by constantly breaking the balance of the human body.and then promote the nerve center to control the posture of the human body to play a benign stimulation and exercise.Based on this,the research uses the methods of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative methods and other research methods to carry out mass aerobics and step aerobics exercise interventions on 57 female college students who are not majors in physical education in Suzhou University.to explore the effects of the combination of mass aerobics,step aerobics,mass aerobics and step aerobics on the balance ability of female college students,in order to enrich the theoretical knowledge of mass aerobics and step aerobics.Broaden its fitness value and provide reference for the development of mass aerobics and step aerobics in colleges and universities.Research conclusions:(1)The combination training of mass aerobics,step aerobics,mass aerobics and step aerobics can promote the improvement of dynamic and static balance ability of female college students to a certain extent,but different exercises have different stimulating effects on dynamic and static balance ability.The improvement of static balance ability of female college students by mass aerobics training is better,and the effect of step aerobics training on dynamic balance ability of female college students is better.The combined training of mass aerobics and step aerobics has a better effect on the improvement of dynamic balance ability of female college students.(2)Step aerobics is better than mass aerobics in improving the dynamic balance ability of female college students' left foot.(3)The improvement of the static balance ability of female college students'bipeds by mass aerobics exercise is better than that of the mass aerobics and step aerobics group.
