Aerobics is accompanied by music, combining dance, gymnastics sports projectfor the new one, it is to good health, heart health effects and unique form of exerciseas well as a distinct sense of the times, a sense of rhythm and rhyme, such as winninga lot of female students favorite, has become one of the most popular college sportsitems of main courses, the project became lifelong fitness and physical activity inChina. In this paper, literature, questionnaire, logical analysis and mathematicalstatistics, research methods, Gansu Province status of female university students toparticipate in aerobics classes cognition and behavior were investigated and analyzedto identify the female students to participate in bodybuilding operation of cognitiveand behavioral problems in class, analyze the main reason for the existence of theproblem and make recommendations accordingly and countermeasures.The results showed: Female University Students in Gansu Province to participatein aerobics cognitive imbalance exists, manifested in (1) Female College Students inGansu Province on the basics of understanding aerobics relatively weak, survey datashow that64.6percent of girls like aerobics fitness, aerobics theoretical knowledgebut have a certain understanding of only15.4%,20%of the students theoreticalknowledge completely inferior, most girls prefer to aerobics class to fitness. However,theoretical knowledge is very interested in aerobics, aerobics will not use theoreticalknowledge to guide their practice of science and fitness, indicating that femalestudents to the basics of the province aerobics inadequate attention, inadequateinternal driving force, more seriously affected the female students to participate inaerobics persistence; higher (2) acceptance of female students aerobics cognitivenarrower coverage. Aerobics artistic accomplishment and aesthetic ability level ofknowledge hidden functions better understand the type of aerobics has limitations, acertain lack of systematic training contents are concentrated in the mass aerobics,hip-hop aerobics, Aerobics on several parts, such as, for Step Aerobics, dumbbellexercises and other content less well understood; small (3) students to practiceaerobics space, lack of time, limited access to practice, mainly from the classroom andschool clubs, exercise action due to specification, scientific degree is relatively low,although the effect after the experience of students practicing basic satisfaction, but the lack of scientific practice behavior of female undergraduate ideal aerobicsworkout results obtained;(4) female students on aerobics competition, performancesenthusiasm is not high, a simple understanding of the importance of aerobics andfitness, but does not give the actual positive behavior;(5) affected college teachingconditions and teachers and the like.From teaching factors, social factors influencing factors, family factors,individual factors and characteristics of the project itself, etc. to analyze the relevantfactors, the existing problems, this study proposes appropriate measures:(1) shouldincrease the value of female college students on aerobics;(2) should be furtherstrengthened efforts aerobics teaching reform, improve the teaching content andteaching methods appropriate to increase the proportion of teaching content teachingaerobics and novel theoretical knowledge of technical movements, with interest;cognitive function and cognitive systems to raise the level of awareness andmotivation of female college students to learn, such as the use of multimedia meansinterested students, teachers and the roles were reversed using teaching, performingmethod, group games and other methods to enrich teaching aerobics classes, so as tostimulate female Aerobics exercise interest and desire for knowledge;(3) proposed toemploy the system, the introduction of Coaches hire a professional aerobics instructoror student instructor guidance of female college students in extracurricular aerobicsworkout, make up the school to teach teachers teaching of limitations organizationaerobics interest groups and other methods to ensure systematic aerobics classes,science and persistent;(4) Music is the soul of aerobics, coaching teachers in teachingmusic selection should pay attention, choose a strong rhythm, clear beats, melodicmusic to attract students of music to infect students;(5) venues and facilities still needto improve, and actively create a good environment and atmosphere is the drivingforce exercise involved in aerobics workout;(6) multi-selection of students todevelop some backbone aerobics to promote the development of the campus aerobics.
