Research On Continuing Education Of Migrant Workers Based On 3D Perspective

Migrant workers make a contribution to promoting our country’s economic and social development, and they play an important role in process of the industrialization, urbanization and modernization. Migrant workers’continuous education is additional education.It means teaching those new theories, new knowledge, new technology, new method and new ideas. Continuous education can improve migrant workers’ quality and understanding ability, widen their sight, and improve the structure of their knowledge and ability of innovation to achieve the purpose of finding satisfactory work and increasing their income.This paper revolves around the structure of migrant workers’ continuous education which is an important research nowadays.Theory. First, giving a definition of some keywords. And then, discussing about the structure and ideas which could be useful in this study. Discussion is based on Chester I. Barnard’s Organization Factor Theory, Complex Science Theory and TQM (Total Quality Management).Investigation. Including goals, resources and subjects in the structure of migrant workers’ continuous education.Analysis. The migrant workers’ continuous education have some problems such as one-sided goal, poor communication and simplified subject. These problems may be attributed to one-side thinking methods and reductionism, excessive administrative intervention and system self-closed.Strategy. Optimizing the migrant workers’ continuous education is on the basis of the needs of lifelong education system, migrant workers’ dynamic equilibrium and education essence regression. As followed, some strategies about optimizing the system of migrant workers’ continuous education are provided.
