This study is based on the investigation of the family education status of 20 migrant workers in the X community of S city,and 6 pairs of parents and children were selected as the research object.The article uses observation and interview method to analyze demand,based on ecosystem theory,cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,carry out activities to improve the bad family upbringing through group work.Combined the previous demand assessment,the author designs different activities of different themes respectively and adjusted them according to the actual situation.Ultimately around parents' education concept,parent-child communication and rearing style,three dimensions to evaluate team effectiveness.The results show that the group work method has good effect in improving the cognition of family education of migrant children,promoting the good communication between parents and the family,and forming a better way of rearing families.
