As a form of social equity, education justices is very important in Socialjustice system. It is the only way to realize the EFA, and it’s the common pursuit forall countries. The school of migrant workers’ children plays an important role in theentrance for children of rural migrant workers and realizing education justice. Butthrough the survey, we find that there are two problems in the process of the school ofmigrant workers’ children. One is survival, the other is the development. The former isthe school of migrant workers’ children by civilian-run, it’s lack of runningqualification, and can’t reach the standard of local school. While the latter is theegitimate school which exist the problems of poorer education quality,lack managerialcondition, lower efficiency and social prestige. Both of them are bad for thedevelopment of the school of migrant workers’ children. By the research on the schoolof migrant workers’ children in Shenyang, I hope the problems will be solved. Thepaper consists five parts:Chapter First: Introduce. In this section, it mainly expounds the origins ofresearch, the purpose of research, literature review, the significance and methodologyof research.Chapter Second: It mainly introduces the concepts of children of rural migrantworkers, the school of migrant workers’ children and weak schools. And it alsointroduces the education justice theory, organization development theory and schoolimprovement theory.Chapter Third: It mainly introduce the the school of migrant workers’ children inChina and in Shenyang. It also simply introduce the related policies and measuresabout the entrance of migrant children and the school of migrant workers’ children inShenyang.Chapter Forth: Done the research on the school of migrant workers’ children inShenyang, and comparisons the ideal and reality, we find the problems in the schoolof migrant workers’ children, and analysis the reason.Chapter Fifth: According to the existing problems, and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures. Firstly, define government functions clearly.Secondly, increase efforts to reform the weak schools. Thirdly, make efforts to buildthe social environment. Finally, the school must take the time, and make themselvesgreat efforts.
