Migrant groups are the unique product of the background of society transformation in China,and the migrant workers’ children are the companion of the unique product. In recent years, the central and the local government have issued a series of educational policy to assure the migrant workers’ children who are entitled to the basic right of education. However, it hasn’t completely solved the problem of the educational development of the migrant workers’ children, but we have found in education practice that emotional education of the migrant workers’ children are improper, their emotional attitudes and personality growth appear its particularity.I think in spirit of ethics and individual moral, emotion has the most deep、stable and core peculiarity, it’s an important condition for people’s lifetime development. Emotional education pays attention to the quality of students’ emotional ability, it’s the inner power which can influence、integrate the attitude and values、personality willpower and mental trait of the migrant workers’ children. Therefore, the paper takes Hangzhou as example, investigate the current situation on the migrant workers’ children in grade 3 to grade 6, find out the confusion of this group’s emotional education, and the particularity between this group and age-matched children of city in emotional education.Found by studies, the emotional education of the migrant workers’ children has developed positive in general, but it should be improved in urgent, and there exist some difference with the age-matched children of city, which mostly reflected in lack of family emotional education, have negative emotion like self-abasement 、sensitivity、lack of self-confidence and so on, moral emotional development are not ideal, like conscientiousness、sense of integrity、sympathy and so on, also have asocial phenomenon, like solitary and rebellious and so on in interpersonal communication.According to the research conclusions above, I think that we should pay great attention to the emotional education of the migrant workers’ children, and carried out some related cultivation research: perfect the emotional education function of school, set up equal and harmonious culture atmosphere of school, implement parataxis differentiated teaching plan, carry out the education practice; guide the emotional education work of family, provide educational opportunity for migrant workers, establish the new notion, guide parents to project scientific planning for their children’s grow up; set up social support system on which to supports emotion to form, create nice social relationships, mobilize social forces; meanwhile rely on intelligent Internet, carry out positive energy teaching, set up psychological coaching of network. Hope that, it can take this ways to coordinate and integrate the emotional education function, set up nice emotional experience, leading to positive role in growth of the migrant workers’ children.
