A Study On The Employment Strategy Of College Students In Higher Vocational Colleges Based On The Theory Of Stakeholders

In2013, the number of college graduates in China increased to the highest record of6.99million, and that year could be called the most difficult year of employment in the history. Various reasons, such as insufficient market capacity caused by enrollment expansion, the improper training mode of the college, low comprehensive quality of the college students, account for the increasingly serious employment situation of college students in our country.The employment problems of College students’ are, as they were, the economic and social problems of multiple relations and complicated interests.At present, high vocational education has been an important part of high education in China.The number of high vocational college students in China has accounted for about half of the total national college students. As we can see, the employment problem of high vocational college students can hardly been ignored. The thorough research to the High vocational college students employment problems, will help to find the real reason behind them, and to provide advice and reference for the country’s employment decisions.In view of t he present problems in the employment of High vocational college students in China, this paper is setout to research empirically and theoretically with a new perspective of stakeholder theory. When analyzing the stakeholders of college students’employment in higher vocational colleges, the paper focuses on the analysis and research of the four core stakeholders such as the government, higher vocational colleges, college students and families, employers, so as to find out the effective strategy to solve the problem of the employment of college students.This paper is setout to be divided into four chapters:the first chapter is a brief introduction to this paper on the background and significance of the selected topic, the review,content, method, innovation points on the research both at home and abroad.The second chapter presents the basic theory of the employment of high vocational college students, including the general description of high vocational colleges, the employment of high vocational college students and so on. The third chapter analyzes empirically on the employment of high vocational college students, taking Guangxi College of Water Resources and Electric Power as an example. The fourth chapter provides feasible strategies to solve the employment problem of high vocational college students, respectively from the four core stakeholders such as the government, higher vocational colleges, college students and their families, employers.
