Postgraduates are the outstanding people in our country, the important factor to carry out the strategy which develops our country and the valuable human resource to realize the 21th aim. The work of postgraduates'employment does not only effect the postgraduate's career development but also the long-term planning of human resource. Since 1999, the higher education has developed from elite education to public education with enlarge the scale of university. In recent years, the number of postgraduates also has improved a lot. In 2010, the number of new postgraduates has reached 465,000 and the market of postgraduates'employment has turned from seller market to buyer market. The future of postgraduates'employment becomes more and more gloomy, which has become a new social hot spot. This paper uses the stakeholder theory from the aspect of university stakeholder-country,social,enterprise,university and postgraduates themselves to research the problem of postgraduates' employment. The research methods include survey analysis contrast and interview the related people. I have a overall understanding about the condition of postgraduates, then I analyze the literature on the problem of postgraduates' employment. Considering the current status of employment in our country, I give some advices to solve the problem of postgraduates' employment by deep investigations on postgraduates and corporations.
