The teacher is a high incidence of job burnout,job burnout will not only harm the physical and mental health of teachers,resulting in a variety of physical and mental illness,increased family conflicts,more importantly,it will affect the education and teaching work,leading to teaching Quality decline,thus affecting the development of education.At present,a large number of studies have shown that the problem of teacher burnout is ubiquitous and the situation is becoming more and more serious.In this way,the problem of emotional exhaustion is especially prominent,so the teacher's job burnout should pay enough attention.This paper studies the problem of teacher burnout in depth,and puts forward suggestions for solving teachers' professional problems.In this study,mainly in 440 primary and secondary school teachers for the survey,The use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey methods and statistical methods and many other methods,The measurement tools used in this study are:Teachers' job burnout scale,? is0.80;Transformational leadership scale,?is 0.96;And organizational support scale,? is 0.90.This study mainly focuses on primary and secondary school teachers,A total of 441 questionnaires were issued,440 questionnaires were valid,Analyzes the status quo of primary and secondary school teachers' job burnout and the relationship between their dimensions and demographic variables,This paper explores the influence of the dimensions of principal Transformational behavior on teacher's job burnout and its dimensions,And the role of perceived organizational support in teacher burnout with the principal transformational leadership behaviors.In this study,the data obtained results are as follows:1.Principal reform leadership level is divided into an average of 2.64;Chinese teacher's job burnout average divided into 2.89;The average score of organizational support was 2.56,both of them are higher than the average of 2.50.2.The principal transformational leadership and organizational support was positively correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.71,the principal transformational leadership and teachers' burnout was significantly negatively correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.21,There was a significant negative correlation between organizational support and teacher burnout,and the correlation coefficient was 0.30.Through statistical analysis of the results reached the following conclusions:1.Teachers' Occupational Burnout in the medium to high level,Transformational leadership principals in the middle;Teachers feel the strength of organizational support in general.2.The principal transformational leadership andorganizational support will have an impact of teacher burnout.3.Organizational support plays a completely mediating role between principals' transformational leadership behavior and teacher job burnout.The results of this study have the following implications for alleviating teachers' job burnout:School leaders can implement transformational leadership to improve teachers' organizational support,Such as,attention to the vision of the incentive,to stimulate the intelligence,improve performance recognition,increase the intensity of personnel training.Educational authorities may introduce appropriate competition mechanisms,organize various exchange activities and formulate selection criteria.
