Teachers’ teaching style as an important symbol of teachers’ professionaldevelopment mature stage has attracted many attentions of the society, and educationreform needs more cooperation from teachers, which is embodied in the aspect ofteachers’ teaching. Therefore, the teachers’ teaching style is not only related to theformation of teachers’ professional development, and even affect the reform ofeducation. The study of teacher’s teaching style is one of the important subject ofeducation teaching theory, and the research of teaching style type is increasinglycause the attention of researchers both in the domestic and overseas. This paper ismainly to investigate and analysis the types of teachers’ teaching style, and explorethe relevant rules of teaching style, which is meaningful and functional to improve thesecondary school teachers’ teaching quality.This study is to investigate middle school teachers’ teaching style types byrandomly selecting6middle schools’ teachers as samples and send them TSTI. Itadopt the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, investigation intomiddle school teachers’ teaching style types and sorts through the data analysis, theconclusions as following:Teachers’ teaching style influenced by gender factor, gender affects the style ofExecutive, Global and Conservative, female teachers are more inclined to Executiveteaching style, Global teaching style and Conservative teaching style;There are also significant differences in the teaching grade for teachers’ teachingstyle,grade affects the Legislative, Judicial, Local and Liberal teaching style, juniorhigh school teachers are more inclined to Legislative, Judicial, Local and Liberalteaching style;Teachers’ teaching subjects is also the influence factor of teaching style, whichaffects the Judicial, Global and Conservative teaching style, the science teacher tendto the Judicial, Conservative and Liberal teaching style while art teachers tend to theGlobal teaching style;Teachers’ diploma affects the type of teachers’ teaching style, teachers who hasmaster degree or above master degree tend to Judicial teaching style, and bachelordegree teachers tend to Global and Conservative teaching style;Teachers’ title is one of the important factors affecting the teaching style, primarytitle teachers and intermediate title teachers have no significant differences in teachingstyle, however, senior title teachers and primary and intermediate title teachers havesignificant difference in each teaching style; Teaching age is an important factor to teaching style, teaching style become to bestable as teaching age increasing, the formation of teaching style has the criticalperiod, which is beneficial to guide teachers to seize the critical period of forming theteaching style, and finally form suitable for their own and good teaching style.
