| Since 1999,China's colleges and universities have implemented enrollment expansion policies.The number of university students in China is increasing,and the state attaches more importance to the quality of teaching in higher education.This shows that the importance of the teaching ability of university teachers is self-evident.The young university teachers are an important part of the team of university teachers,which is very important for the personnel training in the country.However,most of the young university teachers are not the education major.Although they got the Ph.D.graduates,and their professional knowledge is very solid.But they have not systematically received teacher-related training during the school,and they also lack of theory knowledge,teaching Inexperience and other circumstances.These phenomena will lead to insufficient teaching ability of young teachers and affect the quality of personnel training,so it is imperative to improve their teaching ability.According to this situation,based on the domestic and foreign documents,this paper selects the young teachers of S University as the survey object,and uses the document analysis method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to investigate the current teaching status of young teachers of S University,and at the same time,to analyze the influencing factors of young teachers' teaching ability.On this basis,provide targeted strategies and suggestions.The personal perspectives include: establishing correct professional values;strengthening teachers' initiative to improve their teaching ability;and building a harmonious teacher-student relationship.Schools mainly include: formulating a scientific evaluation system;improving the teacher's training system;and establishing a reasonable salary incentive mechanism.The aim is to continuously improve the teaching ability of young university teachers,improve the quality of teachers' teaching.And finally achieve the goal of cultivating outstanding talents in the country. |
