Physical education teachers are formed by the combination of theoretical guidance and practical exploration,which show their connotation and characteristics through physical education teaching,and are embodied in the relative stability of teachers' role,style,means of implementation and language.Individualized teaching style.The purpose of this study is to make theoretical construction and empirical analysis on the cognition and influencing factors of physical education teachers' teaching style,in order to promote the formation of middle school physical education teachers' teaching style and improve the teaching quality of middle school physical education teachers.In this study,physical education teacher of middle school of Shanxi province was used as the research object,and the methods of literature,qualitative research,questionnaire and logic analysis were used to select 250 middle school physical education teachers in 11 prefecture-level cities of Shanxi province,and 213 of the effective samples were obtained.The data is analyzed by EXCEL.The results show that:(1)Based on the analysis of the depth interview and the relevant literature,the teaching style of the PE teacher is constructed,and the teaching style is divided into three types: the teacher is the center type,the student is the center type,the double body type,and the like;Through the qualitative analysis,the author points out that the teaching style of the middle school PE teacher includes five elements of the teacher's role,the style performance,the implementation means,the student's task and the examination standard;Based on this,the three types of different teaching style dimensions of the existence of empirical tests,the teacher-centered type includes the teacher's role,style performance,implementation means,student tasks,assessment criteria five elements,the role of teachers,style performance,implementation means,student tasks,assessment criteria,five elements.The student-centered model includes four elements: style expression,implementation means,student task,and assessment criteria.The two-body type includes four elements: teacher's role,style expression,implementation means,and students' task.(2)based on the theory of teacher career development,the teaching age is taken as the scale.There are different types of teaching styles in different stages of teaching(3)the differences in teaching styles of teachers with different gender,academic background and professional title are discussed in the study;The teacher-centered physical education teachers in different gender,academic background,professional title have statistically significant differences;students-centered physical education teachers in gender,academic qualifications,professional titles in physical education teachers in the assessment criteria,style performance,implementation hands There is a significant difference in the style of the segment.(4)Based on interviews,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the formation of physical education teachers' teaching style in middle schools,which includes four dimensions: external environment,subjective activity,knowledge literacy and teaching activities.Among them,the external environment of teachers is the most important influencing factor,is the key to the formation of teaching style of middle school physical education teachers,and the subjective active factor of physical education teachers is also a relatively prominent one.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the formation of middle school PE teachers' teaching style from the aspects of their cognition,subjective initiative,knowledge system,teaching and research activities and training,and the condition support for the formation of middle school teachers' teaching style.
