With the new curriculum reform, advanced, scientific emerge of new teachingideas, not only to the student’s personality development showed a high degree ofattention and puts forward new requirements for teachers.Ideological and politicaleducation as an important part of modern education, the thought political lesson teacherneed to proceed from the subject characteristics, rich cultural heritage of their own, andconstantly promote the development of humanistic quality, so that the students’humanistic quality training.However, in the traditional culture and education traditioninfluence, our country present stage the thought political lesson teacher has thehumanistic quality loss phenomenon.Therefore, ideological and political teachersshould change their idea, pay attention to their own development, in-depth study inorder to enrich their knowledge, so that their humanistic literacy improvement anddevelopment, so as to better play the role of Ideological and political course, promotethe cultivation of the students’ Humanistic quality.This paper is based on the subject of Ideological and political perspective, using theknowledge of relevant theories, analysis. Taking the basic theories of humanitiesresearch as support, on the basis of the analysis theory, in-depth study of a lack ofpolitical lesson teacher humanity attainment of thought and reason for this performance,and then explore the comprehensive strategies of cultivating humanistic thoughtpolitical lesson teacher.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes theconcept of the humanities, the emphasis of this part lies in the definition of humanismand the teacher’s humanistic quality connotation, basic content of humanistic thoughtpolitical lesson teacher explained under the background of new curriculum.The secondpart according to the positive significance of reality, theory with practice, discuss thenecessity of humanity quality development of Ideological and political teacher is under the background of new curriculum: practice the concept of the new curriculum demands,promoting teachers’ professional development intrinsic request, to achieve the objectiverequirements of efficient classroom, students humanistic qualities of the realisticrequirements.Briefly described in the third part of a lack of political lesson teacherhumanistic thought and its practice, in the fourth part, to based on the theoreticalanalysis of integration, humanities, combined with the actual situation, put forward thedevelopment strategy thought political lesson teacher humanity attainment, humanismaims to highlight the ideological and political course, benefit the development ofhumanistic thought political lesson teacher.
