After 1980s,teacher professional development has been taken more and more attention by people,which being a hot topic of education and main trend of Teacher major development.To some extent, the teachers’ lequality leve of ideological and political theory course reflects the degree of this professional development and determines achieving the objectives of ideological and political theory course education.So take the perspective of teacher professional development,researching the teachers’quality improvement of ideological and political theory course,not only benefit to accelerate itself development,speeding up the construction of teacher team of ideological and political theory course,which also benefit to improve the quality of teachers and guarantee the teaching quality of ideological and political theory course. This essay mainly study from three parts:First part:Goal and requirement for improving teachers’quality of college ideological and political theory courses under the view of teacher professional development.First of all,from the concept definition,thoroughly analysis to the development of teacher professional and teachers’ quality of ideological and political theory,building the inner connect of the two.Then from the view of teachers’ professional quality of ideological and political theory course,constructing the requirement and achieving the target that teacher professional development from four aspects:teachers’professional concept,knowledge structure,teaching ability and research ability.Second part:Existing problems and reasons of ideological and political theory teachers’ quality.From perspective of the goal and requirement for improving teachers’ quality of college ideological and political theory courses under the view of teacher professional development,investigating ideological and political theory teachers’ current situation,discover that part of college ideological and political theory teacher have problems on professional spirit,knowledge structure,teaching ability researching ability and so on.Third part:Strategies of improving the teachers’quality of ideological and political theory course.Mainly aimed at the existing problems and the reasons,taking teacher professional development as the goal,from the targeted to improve the college ideological and political theory course teacher attention,deepening the school-based training,improve the evaluation mechanism,through reflective teaching promoting the self-improvement consciousness and ability and other aspects strategies.
