According to the second national sample survey on disability, there are all kindsof about83000000disabled people, involving nearly200000000families.Restrictedand influenced by physiological factors, long-term since, the disabled groups inChina still cannot fully participate in social life, sharing the results of social progressand civilization, therefore the disabled rehabilitation, education, employment, rightsprotection, has become the focus of Party committees and governments at all levelsand improve the livelihood of the people.Are divided according to the content of education, education of disabledpersons can be divided into cultural quality education, occupation skill training and soon, the art education for the disabled can be attributed to the cultural qualityeducation in broad sense, it is very important for disabled individuals to enhance thecomprehensive quality and happiness index upgrade.In recent years, the education in China has been widespread concern in thecommunity. Enter the school to receive compulsory education for disabledchildren,teenagers are increasing year by year. Compulsory education stage school ofspecial education mainly for cultural and scientific knowledge education for disabledchildren,disabled students small part which can be further education for disabledchildren, a considerable part of the compulsory education, through technical training toemployment, self-sustaining life, improve the quality of life. The primary task oflearning disabled students knowledge, master skills, self employment is regarded asthe disabled students, so the disabled person art education has always been ignoredstate, which improve the quality of life in the role has not fully play.In this study, Dalian disabled occupation skill training center as an example, thedisabled social art training implementation status, existing problems,countermeasuresresearch, trying to through this case study and provide valuable reference for devel-opment of Disabled Art Education in china.
