With30years of rapid growth of China’s economy, our informationtechnology has achieved great success both in the content of science andtechnology and in the scope of application. A growing number ofeducation experts begin to research education informatization. It plays animportant role in the education reform and the implementation of qualityeducation to use modern information technology reasonably andeffectively in teaching. Now most of the secondary vocational schoolstudents only pay attention to learning professional course, and ignorelearning the literacy class, especially learning math. How to play theadvantages of information technology to optimize the teaching process isan important task to every secondary vocational teachers of mathematics.The author thinks that it is a good way to enhance the efficiency of thesecondary vocational mathematics teaching to give full play to theadvantages of modern information technology and make it become thesecondary mathematics teaching auxiliary means.Based on the author’s own teaching practice and access to learningmaterials, the author found that many problems still exist in the secondaryvocational education informatization. Through the investigation theauthor found that secondary vocational students prefer teachers to useinformation technology in class, and most of the secondary vocationalteachers also realized the advantage of auxiliary teaching by information technology. However the use of information technology in the practicalteaching is not satisfied because of backward hardware facilities in someschools, but it is also not ideal in the schools with the better facilities,which is the research emphasis in this paper. Analysis for the followingreasons: many secondary vocational schools only focus on theintroduction of the hardware and ignore the development of the relatededucational software; teachers’ level of computer application is not high,students can’t operate computer skillfully.Aiming at this problem, I give the following suggestions: First,ensure the supply of equipments of informatization. teaching and theconstruction of teaching software development system.Second, focus onthe secondary vocational mathematics teachers’ computer operationtraining and the teaching theory of learning;Third, through a variety ofways and methods to improve the information literacy of secondaryvocational students;This paper consists of five parts. The first part introduces the writingpurpose and research methods. In the second part, the author first brieflyintroduces the related theory of education, and then introduces somenouns definition and the principle of application of informationtechnology. The third part introduces a teaching case about reasonablyusing information technology in secondary mathematics teaching. Thefourth part introduces the present situation, causes and countermeasuresof using information technology in secondary mathematics teaching,and also introduces the new teaching mode, which is with information technology as the carrier-----Flipped Classroom. The fifth part isconclusion that mainly summarizes the full text, points out the problemsand looks forward to the future.
