With the rapid development of information technology, Flipped Classroom as a new teaching practice arises at the historic moment fashionable in whole world at present as well as in our country. Flipped Classroom will be in the traditional classroom knowledge of "in class" and "after class" knowledge interaalization swaps, characterized by "after class" and "in class" knowledge internalization, realized the classroom integration, and JiTT (instant teaching or teaching timely) model emphasizes the web-based learning task before class, immediate feedback and learners’active learning classroom in class and after class the difficulties of exploration, has realized the integration of extracurricular knowledge. Combining give full play to the initiative of student learning, really achieve the change of roles between teachers and students, and did the depth of the information technology and curriculum integration. At the same time to change the existing concept of classroom teaching and cultivating innovative talents has certain reference significance. However, the current is still exist many problems in the teaching of secondary vocational information technology courses, flip classroom implementation in our country from abroad and are adaptive problems, etc. In view of this, the author focused on JiTT based Flipped classroom in secondary vocational information technology application research, and on the basis of related theory research and teaching practice, build up the secondary information technology turn classroom teaching model. To promote the school information technology teachers’education ideas and the change of teaching ideas, and to promote the students to improve information literacy and autonomous learning ability to provide reference for teaching practice.This research adopts literature research, questionnaire method, interview method and the experimental research method, etc. First of all, the author through the study of the literature review of related literature at home and abroad, to Flipped the origin, connotation, characteristic and value of classroom and JiTT origin, connotation, the core and the model of the process are expounded, and the sort of research. Secondly, the author selected Yin Chuan energy college teachers and students as the object of investigation, the investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the information technology teaching of technical secondary school, and to turn the classroom teaching mode based on JiTT application analysis of the feasibility of the investigation. Again, the author in the blended learning theory, constructivism theory and humanistic theory basis, combining with teaching practice experience, constructs the secondary information technology based on JiTT Flipped classroom teaching model. The author to verify whether the teaching model to improve secondary vocational students’ information literacy and autonomous learning ability, selected the energy institute first-year secondary vocational school students in YinChuan as object, experimental research on a semester teaching experiment, through the analysis of experimental data and verify the effectiveness of this teaching model. Finally, on the basis of reflections on the teaching practice, using the strategy of using this teaching model is put forward and the matters needing attention, etc., and for the future improvement and propulsion based on JiTT flip class provides feasible Suggestions.Based on the practice proved that the Flipped Classroom based on the JiTT Mode teaching in secondary vocational information technology application, the feasibility and effectiveness of using flip classroom teaching mode based on JiTT secondary information technology courses, be able to be reflected adequately take the student as the main body of the classroom, which can exert students’ subjective initiative, can further improve the students’ information literacy, promote the students’ autonomous learning ability of ascension. This study promoted the reform of education concept, really realize the optimization of teaching, and to further deepen the study of information technology education teaching. This not only provides reference for our country to flip the classroom teaching practice, and to promote the students to improve information literacy, the ability of autonomic learning to provide reference for teaching practice. Based on the The Flipped Classroom based on The JiTT Mode in secondary information technology courses promotion and implementation of the class to other disciplines to provide reference to Flipped the classroom teaching mode of teaching practice and contribute to promote our country education reform.
