As a new thing in the information age,the introduction and application of flipped classroom has opened up a new path for the exploration of quality education in China.During the epidemic,the nationwide implementation of online education is a helplessness,but it is also the catalyst for our teaching reform.In the process of online education from scratch,our teaching environment has been constantly improved,and teachers' information technology application ability has also been improved,laying a foundation for the promotion and popularization of flipped classroom teaching.As the initiator and guide of teaching activities,the ability level of teachers is the basis and key to the completion of flipped classroom teaching.Exploring the composition and evaluation of flipped classroom teaching ability of mathematics teachers has a direct effect on the promotion of flipped classroom teaching.This paper studies the composition and evaluation system of flipped classroom teaching ability of junior middle school mathematics teachers in the post-epidemic era,mainly including:(1)Through literature research,the author understands the implementation difficulties of the current flipped classroom teaching model in China and the new attempts of online teaching during the epidemic period.At the same time,the flipped classroom teaching,information technology application ability,flipped classroom teaching ability and other related concepts are analyzed.(2)In to turn the current classroom teaching mode in our country are faced with the dilemma,during the outbreak of online teaching,teaching evaluation and teaching ability,on the basis of theoretical research,from teacher to flip teaching and attitude,information technology application ability,the significance of teaching design ability,teaching organization,teaching evaluation and the ability of teaching and research aspects proposed the junior high school teachers to implement reverse it It also explores the inevitable relationship between the application ability of information technology and the flipped classroom teaching ability,and puts forward the view that the application ability of information technology is the core and foundation of the flipped classroom teaching ability of teachers.(3)Based on the six links of teaching awareness and attitude,technical literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development,this paper analyzes the status quo of information technology application ability of junior middle school mathematics teachers in the post-epidemic era through questionnaire survey.The results show that there are differences in the information teaching ability of teachers of different teaching ages,educational backgrounds and different urban and rural areas.In the post-epidemic era,teachers' information technology application ability is generally higher,and there is a strong correlation among the ability indicators.(4)The evaluation system of flipped classroom teaching ability of junior middle school mathematics teachers is constructed,and the evaluation scale of flipped classroom teachers' teaching ability is compiled accordingly.In order to determine the weight of each index,the flipped classroom teaching ability evaluation model of junior middle school mathematics teachers was constructed based on the analytic hierarchy process.Twenty-two education experts were invited to participate in the questionnaire to generate a judgment matrix and determine the weight of indicators,which can be used to calculate the comprehensive score of teachers' flipped classroom teaching ability.
