In recent years, South Korea’s Chinese education development trends to youngerage obviously.With the South Korean government emphasis on primary Chineseeducation, Chinese language teaching of elementary school goes smoothly in allregions, but few research for a certain area. Incheon Office of South Korea Educationintroduced Chinese language teachers for teaching Chinese language in2012. As amember of the Chinese volunteer teachers I teach Chinese in this region. During theteaching time I obtained some knowledge of the situation. This paper presents thebasic status,and then analyses the problems. At last, put forward suggestions andsolutions based on regional characteristics and teaching practices. I hope to provideexperiences for next teacher, and also hope that both China and South Koreagovernments are able to attach great importance to these issues, so as to promoteChinese language education in Korea Primary virtuous and healthy development.In this paper, using questionnaires and interviews to Incheon region six primaryvolunteer Chinese teachers for the survey that on schools, students, teachers, teachingmaterials, teaching in several aspects. Chinese teaching in primary schools is still inthe preliminary stage and teaching status is complex. Schools do not pay attention tothis work and lack of teachers, textbooks, supervision and evaluation system. So wepropose countermeasures suggested that strengthening the construction of teachers toimprove their literacy; strengthen targeted materials, writing materials to Korea;increase the amount of hours, attention to class coherence; establish bidirectionalsupervision evaluation form schools, parents, teachers positive interaction.
