Language and culture are closely interrelated, interdependent, affect each other.Teach Chinese for Foreign Language Speakers is not only a teaching of language, is also a kind of culture teaching, both neither can be divided, and complement each other. Therefore, integrating culture teaching in language teaching can not only meet the requirements of target language learners, improve the efficiency of language learning, but also conducive to the spread of China culture.This paper mainly adopts the methods of observation, literature research, descriptive research method, case analysis and other methods, the integrated use of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in cultural linguistic theory, cultural theory, theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, modern Chinese linguistics, psycholinguistics and language pedagogy knowledge and theory, the way of theory and practice, the current global "Chinese fever" Chinese culture teaching objective situation in the classroom is used as the object of study, and to the Chinese as a foreign language in South Korea South Jeolla province Luo state primary school teaching experience as the foundation, focuses on the foreign Chinese culture teaching in classroom practice problems and solutions. The paper pointed out the position and function of culture teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in South Korea’s status, and for how to make good use of culture teaching in class discussions, and points out some problems in culture teaching in TCFL concerns, including the different stages of the characteristics of students and the textbooks, teachers cultural knowledge and teaching skills and etc. Aiming at these problems, the paper analyzes the reason and solution of, improvement measures are put forward. The Chinese culture, foreign textbooks should be targeted, scientific, learn from the experience of foreign teaching materials will be prepared, cultural characteristics and other countries combined, improve the quality of foreign Chinese culture teaching; language teaching and culture teaching should have relevance, should avoid only to elements of language teaching to find a starting point; from the cultural comparative study, applying cultural comparison results in practical teaching, foreign students to change the inherent impression Chinese culture, language learning at the same time to enhance the Chinese culture solution, to enhance the Chinese cultural fidelity.
