The ultimate purpose of quality-oriented education is to improve the overall quality ofthe educated man, but educated the quality of the premise is to improve the quality of theinstructors to achieve a certain height, the suitable education behavior is one of the necessaryquality of outstanding educators, preschool education as the basis of the whole educationenvironment of enlightenment, preschool teachers with a decent education behavior isparticularly important. Suitability of preschool teachers’ behavior is placed in the sum of allintermediary between they and the children, is that the preschool teachers in the kindergartenwork procedures, requirements, such as the kindergarten education guidelines for children’sbody and mind to conform to the children’s age characteristic and individual character, tochildren’s physical, cognitive, emotional and social behavior of the promoting effect on thedevelopment of behavior.This study through the observation and data analysis to the various behavior ofkindergarten teachers for a deep observation and analysis, found the many unfavorablebehavior of preschool teachers, some substantive Suggestions are given for these acts, for aline of preschool teachers in the teaching process constantly reflect on their behavior andself-regulation of directional guidance is given, so as to improve its power behavior, improvethe teaching effect, make more good preschool teachers.In the present practical education, the teacher is not appropriate education behavior mainshow is:1. The morning reception children to park links: not clear what you should do, cannot correctly to morning check of young children, failed to do with the parents of the childrenof effective communication.2. Education activities link: does not consider children needgenuine interest, by your be fond of choose course content; It’s the teacher with the materialpreparation, children rarely have the opportunity to participate in; Asking questions is toosingle, rarely give children fully imagine opportunities; Discussion and action link it’s hard todo stand in the perspective of children, stiffly children according to their own requirementsdo; Not emphasis on the importance of evaluation, only focus on results, not paying attentionto process.3. The game activities link: failed to attach importance to implement gamebehavior, often because of other tasks take children’s game time; Option on the game and thepartner fails to achieve democracy, always limit children’s game of autonomy.4. Life activities link: teachers rarely lowered himself to equal communication and children, forchildren’s children behavior said impatient; Failed to equalize the wang implement, neglect ofindividual children’s physical and mental conservation; Education is not the safety of thechildren are too tight or too relax vigilance, failed to do appropriate safety education.Preschool teachers in one day in life suitability behavior should displayed in:1.
