The Research on Preschool Teachers' education Discipline Behaviors is a kind of educational method that the preschool teacher exerts negative means on the child's behavior and helps the child correct unreasonable behavior.For a long time,the education concept of encouragement and appreciation is the mainstream of education concept in kindergarten.In addition,the improper disciplinary action of some kindergarten teachers are exaggerated by the social media,so it leads kindergarten teachers can not correctly understand the relationship between kindergarten education and punishment.On one hand,some kindergarten teachers dare not punish children,leading the lack of Education disciplines;on the other hand,some teachers dare to exercise their right of punishment,however,owing to no certain reference standard,There are problems with too little or too much discipline.Children are still in the immature stage of physical and mental development,therefore,the cultivation of various behavior habits and the establishment of basic routines should be done with the help of teachers.Therefore,reasonable education disciplines is very necessary.This research mainly adopts literature study,observation and investigation method.Firstly,in this paper,some relevant concepts of the kindergarten teachers' education disciplines are circumscribed.And then,the present research status are analyzed by literature study.From multiple aspects and multiple angles,the theory foundation of kindergarten teachers' education discipline is demonstrated.Finally,using the method of questionnaire,and interviewing,this paper make surveys of teachers' awareness to the education discipline and the reliable applied situation of the education discipline,researching the problems and reasons that kindergarten teachers use education discipline,and providing relevant measures to solve these problems,based on the analysis of reasons,to help kindergarten teachers to apply the education disciplines better to help children grow well.With the analysis of the present situation,this paper have known that there are four aspects in the problem of the using of kindergarten teachers' educationdisciplines: the incomplete awareness of the education discipline;the inaccurate estimate of the degree of education discipline;the too optional usage of the discipline behavior;the lack of fair of teachers' education discipline.Based on the analysis of present status,this paper explores its reasons,finding that the reasons include:the concepts of parents;the improper orientation of social opinion;the influence by the teachers themselves' factors.The conclusion can be found by the research.This paper provides the advice to optimize the kindergarten teachers' education discipline from three levels,including the state,the kindergarten and the teachers.On the level of the state,the related rules and regulations of kindergarten should be set and improved.On the level of kindergarten,reasonable rules and regulations of teachers' criterion of education discipline should be made.On the level of teachers,the teachers should improve their comprehensive quality of the education discipline and master some skills to correct children's improper behavior.
