Research On Cooperative Mechanism Of Campus Football Activities

The subject of this thesis is “The Analysis of the Cooperation Mechanism BetweenSports and Education Department During the Carrying out of the National Youth SchoolFootball”. Throughout the thesis, the current development of the National Youth SchoolFootball is as clue and the situation of Mudanjiang Youth School Football is as anexample, then analyze the problems that contain in the current school footballmechanism, and put forward the necessary to establish the cooperation mechanismbetween sports and education department.Through analyzing the current management and carrying out situation of NationalYouth School Football, it can be found this organization seems have a clear responsibilityallocation and a compact connection, on the contrary, there are a series of problems, suchas the cooperation between Sports and Education Departments should be furtherrationalized, the quality of the coaches who responsible for the youth school footballneed to be improved, the fund that used in youth school football is insufficient, and thereare problems in the quantity, quality, standard of youth school football. To build thecooperation mechanism between sports department and education department is complywith the development and the internal demand of Chinese football. In order to bettersupervise and manage the school football processing, a supervision department need tobe set, such as “Youth School Football Supervision Committee”, which is in charge of allthe school football issues and with the aim to carry out the school football activityorganized, healthily and steadily under the cooperation mechanism. The sports andeducation department should sign a cooperation agreement that can work as an institutionguarantee, at the same time the two departments need to work out a planning for the localyouth school football activity develop. To make the cooperation mechanism workefficiently, the two departments must insist the following rules, justice, insist mutualbenefit cooperation and government guidance. The local authorities should change ideas,and the cooperation departments need to convene a meeting periodically, at the sametime take full advantage of the public supervision and opinions. Establish a mechanismthat can be benefit the school football and all the other sports. The cooperation mechanism is based on the theory of sustainable development andthe concept of scientific development, during the carrying out process the twodepartments should insist the principle of justice, mutual beneficial cooperation and thegovernment guidance, finally achieve the sustainable development of school footballactivity.
