Nowadays,education insists on the people-oriented principle,which emphasizes the dominant position of students and the cultivation of their independent management ability.The implementation of students' self-management in class provides a broad space and platform for students to show themselves,and stimulates the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in the class management.It is also beneficial to improve students' self-management ability and promote their all-round development.This thesis mainly uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview research,case observation research and so on.Taking Y middle school of Meizhou as the research subject,the author conducted a research on the current situations of autonomous management in junior middle school classes and put forward the improvement countermeasures.The thesis first introduces the background and significance of the research,the related studies at home and abroad,the research questions and instrument.Then the author defined the concepts of "Autonomous Management","Class Management" and "Autonomous Management of Class",analyzed the theoretical basis of students' autonomous management as well as its value.On this basis,the author carried out questionnaire survey,interview and case observation research from five dimensions: class organization construction,learning management,moral education management,activity management and daily management.Finally,she summarized the current situation of class management in Y middle school.Through the research,it is found that some problems exist in the class management of Y middle school,such as undemocratic institution construction;alienation of student cooperative relationship in learning management;students' poor ability to distinguish right from wrong in moral education management;formalization of activity management,students' lack of experience and low efficiency of daily management etc.In view of these problems,the author made an in-depth exploration of the causes under the guidance of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Humanism Theory and Management by Objectives Theory.The reasons for these problems are as follows: the head teachers who lack the consciousness of "human-oriented" and advanced educational concept,ignore the needs of students and fail to stimulate the potential of students' self-management.Students' level of autonomous management needs to be improved.The head teachers pay more attention to intellectual education than moral education and ignore the creation of class culture and the scientificevaluation system of the independent management in the class.In addition,parents lack professional guidance and advice.On the basis of the analysis of questionnaire survey and questions,the author,relying on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Humanism Theory and Management by Objectives Theory,constructed class autonomous management model for junior middle school which is composed of four elements: class autonomous management principle,class organizational structure,class autonomous management content and operation mechanism.The author elaborated the suggestions to promote the effective operation of this model: 1.To improve the quality of teachers and enhance the consciousness of class autonomous management;2.To enhance students' subject consciousness and improve their independent management ability;3.To improve the construction of organization and system to provide guarantee;4.To built up the class culture and create a warm class;5.To improve the evaluation system and play a supervisory role;6.Cooperation between families and schools to pool educational synergy.It is hoped that the self-management model of junior middle school class constructed by the author is able to provide reference for teachers and students to conduct self-management of class in the future.
