A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of Single - Parent Family Students

In recent decades, with the development of social economy, the thoughts and ideas ofpeople are gradually changing, the divorce rate constantly rises and the number of single parentfamily increases, directly leading to the sharp increase of the number of single-parent studentsand the single-parent students living in the shadow brought by the divorce of their parents.Compared with general students, students from single parent families need more attention andhelp from society, family and school, and the problem related to the ideological and politicaleducation of single-parent students has become an important subject.Some of students from single parent families are very qualified. However, a reasonablenumber of students fall behind in the academic performance and they become the importantobjects of education at school and in the class, and their educations also become a hot potato inmoral education of the school. This paper starts from analysis of positive and negativecharacters of students from single parent families and the significance of strengtheningideological and political education for moral character, healthy personality, value orientationand life development of students, in order to find major problems existing in ideological andpolitical education of students from single parent families from the aspects of the school,society and family. It also analyzes its basic reasons, in order to implement the ideological andpolitical education of students from single parent families scientifically and effectively andgather the young talents for social development of our country through the three-in-one method,namely optimize and create excellent family environment,strengthen the educational efforts forthe ideological and political education of students from single parent families, improve theemphasis of society on the care and protection of students from single parent families.
