Nowadays, it is a fact that computers have become popular. Not only did it attracted families’ attention and school’s affections, but also it brought children’s interests itself. Especially, the computer games with its colorful images, fresh and challenging roles are more popular. But the games are violent and virtual which bring society’s concerns at the same time. The existing researches centered on middle school students who had addiceted in playing computer games. However, the papers about low-aged children are little. The resons for that is the strong limitation of children.Hence, the research, forced on four to six years old, from Zhangzi Country, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, is trying to seek and explain the impact on the relationship between computer games and children’s social development. And also, the research shows that:1. The children engaging computer gamed are low-aging.2. Children are ordinary users of computer games.And fewer children are indulged in computer games. But the male children are deeper than female on the degree of contact with computer games, and the gender has nothing to do with the age of the children.3. The children are given priority to play puzzle games, but male children are favor on attacking computer games, while female children are focused on dressing up computer games.4. The improvement of children’s social development is synchronized with their age.5. The higher level of children’s contact with computer games, the less the level of social development, especially in young children’s living habits and independence, and the "aggressive" has nothing to do with computer games.6. The parents’attitude about young children to play computer games has nothing to do with their culture level. The phenomenon that parents regard the computer as "nanny" is common. And if parents participate in the process of children’s computer games and give them guidanc, which will increase children’s positive behaviors.
