With the development of information technology and network technology, the traditional teaching pattern from teaching to accepting can not meet with the demand of learners. A new learning way------research study come forth. If we want to applicate and implement the research study effectively,while it need relying on corresponding course carrier that is research courses. At the same time,the network changes the way of people’s living and studying.Network education is become one of the important way of higher education. The reasonable implementing procedure can embody its truly value. Blending learning has focused much of its attention on the reflections of web-based learning and the recurrence of traditional face-to face teaching strategies. In recent years, the fundamental research and application of blending learning is in the green wood. Then combine the blending learning with network education in research study applied to the teaching practice. It not only can give full play to the teacher’s leading position but also can really embody the student’s main main part position. It will improve student’s independent learning capability,exploring consciousness and consciousness of innovation. Therefore, this paper’s designing and developing is based on the blending learning in network education of research study. And it analysis and verification about the validity by teaching application.This paper is based on the project development and empirical research based on blended learning research-based online course of Shaanxi Normal University’s inter-discipline training program open projects and take the basic theory of education technology course as an example. Firstly, this paper made a very thorough analysis on the concept,study and application status of blending learning and network education in research study. The research layed a solid foundation for the exploitation and application to the blending learning and network education in research study. secondly,the paper through the investigation and analysis of user and courses, finish the requirements analysis,then designs and develops the system. Lastly, this paper puts the blending learning and network education courses into teaching practices,and then analyze the effectiveness of it.(1) The research background,concept definition, review of research,application status,research ideas are introduced in detail. (2) The paper based on the requirement analysis and design of blending learning research-based online course. It not only made a pre-phase analysis on the learners,courses,teachers and administrator, but also describe the theoretical basis of the construction to the lending learning research-based online course. It combined the result of the pre-phase analysis and relevant theories, designed the general framework of blending learning research-based online course,and then represent the characters,design philosophy,teaching design,systematic design and data base design.(3) The paper based on the development and application of blending learning research-based online course. It provides detailed information on the technology,development tools,environment,the realization of the system modules and the code word of the key technology.(4) The paper based on the application and effect analyses of blending learning research-based online course. In the process of the implementation’s use is primarily in2013Shaanxi Normal University’s master degree candidate of educational technique specialty major.The paper identified the research contents and teaching design scheme.Then through teaching implementation and organization to analyze the implementation effect of the course. Its effectiveness is verified by using blending learning research-based online course in this course.(5) The paper summarized and elaborated the research conclusion,innovation point,insufficient research and the follow-up research prospect.
