With the continuous improvement of the network teaching system and online teaching platform,the hybrid learning proposed by combining the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching has gradually become one of the teaching methods of higher education.Along with the online teaching platform in the blended learning classroom,a large amount of learner and educator behavior data is generated.How to use learning analysis technology to analyze these data to discover the internal laws of the objective facts behind the data and use these rules to promote the blended learning effectively.Learning analysis technology uses statistical analysis methods and tools to analyze behavioral data,explore the characteristics and rules of blended learning,and provide valuable information for the development of blended teaching.This paper first analyzes the related concepts of learning analysis and the current status of domestic and foreign research through literature analysis,and clarifies the application of learning analysis technology in teaching.Then explore how to use the learning analysis technology to process the data generated by the learners on the online platform in the blended learning mode to form a visualized learner state,and explore how to visualize the learner learning state in real time to the teacher and students,for teachers to quickly understand the learning status of learners with limited time and energy,so as to take effective classroom teaching and precise personalized guidance,while providing students with feedback on the results of online platform learning,so as to adjust self-learning status.This research studies the application of learning analysis technology in blended learning,conducts interviews and follow-up surveys of teachers and students under blended learning,and understands the need for learning analysis support in the development of blended learning from the perspective of combining literature and evidence.In this paper,two-way learning analysis indicators showing the learning status of learners for both teachers and students are proposed,and a system of learner learning status is designed and built for teachers and students to use in the course.The system includes the acquisition,analysis,and visual display of indicators for learners on the online learning platform.From the perspective of solving practical problems,the system is applied to practical learning teaching,and is constantly improved and improved according to the actual needs of teachers and students.Finally,by analyzing the correlation between some of the learning analysis indicators and the final grades,the impact of each indicator on the students is obtained,and the analysis results are used to further improve the learner learning state system.In addition,we also classify the learning styles of learners to find out which learning style is more conducive to learners' learning,and provide strong support for the efficient development of blended learning.
