A Study On Government Responsibility In College Students' Entrepreneurship

Recently years, young people with increasingly severe employment pressure when they graduated. Thus, increasingly number of people would pay more attention on this social issue. the universty students’ undertaking not only slove the problem of the issue of employment, but also provide the opportunity of the society. Under the severe employment situation, all kinds of industries paid more attention to the hot and difficult problems in the process of start a business,governments also faced with new challenges.The eighteenth people’s congress report figures out "promote employment opportunities through start new business","encourage multi-channel form obtain employment","employment is vital to people’s livelihood","strengthen innovation entrepreneurship","improve the labors’ employment,entrepreneurship",motivate innovation entrepreneurship for college graduates. College student is a unique group. They have passion and high quality, they are also easy to accept new knowledge, adventured, etc., However, they lack of social experience, formed the fixed thinking method, which is not benefit to the further development. According to related statistics, the success rate of entrepreneurship for college student is relatively low in recent years.This paper mainly carries on research from the perspective of government responsibility.Currently, based on the statement of the universty students’ undertaking, t he university students’ start with a small group of participants and low rate in success. It ’s a complex system in the universty students’ undertaking and just relying on konwledg e and skills which are obtained from students is far from the needs os entrepreneurs. At t his results, the government could create an inclusive business and media environment to encourage students would pay more attention on undertaking in college. Furthermore, g overnment develop feasible policy to support and promote the universty students’undert aking,which presents in two aspects. On one hand, gradually establish and improve stud ents social support system on policy. On the other hand, to strengthen the guidance of u niversity entrepreneurship on legal. On the whole, multiple ways to form a platform for the students of entrepreneurship education, which ensure that government play a more a ctive and effective way to improve the current status of Chinese university students’ und ertaking activities in college. analysis the issue that the process of government responsibility during theuniversty students’ undertaking work to give a corresponding solution on the basis of this situation. give full play to the government guidance responsibility, so as to promote university students’ undertaking work are carried out smoothly.
