University museum as a special group in the field of Relics andMuseology, rooted in the profound soil of university culture, not onlybears the important mission of university campus culture prosperity butalso is an important platform of foreign popular science propaganda andsocial communication, and it plays a unique educational role. Teenagersare the builders of our motherland in the future, the successors ofbuilding socialism with Chinese characteristics, so how is theirideological quality and moral accomplishment, which is directly relatedto the overall quality of the whole Chinese people. Give full play to anddevelopment of the moral education function of university museum ofteenagers, space for the all-round development of teenagers education,underscores the social responsibility of the university museum, is thepractice of social ist core values, too. Research of the university museumof teenagers moral education function and its development, has profoundtheoretical value and practical significance.This paper adheres to Marxist theory as a guide, using the Marxiststanding, viewpoint and method of the research question, it, fromtheoretical basis and practical research, using literature research,comparative research and investigation method,interprets the universitymuseum function to teenager moral education, analyzes its currentfunction to teenager moral education, draws lessons from foreignexperience and further explore the path of moral education function ofuniversity museum of teenager development path.The paper, from the basis and significance of topic selection,introduces the research status at home and abroad, and summarizes theshortcomings of current theoretical research, vague objectives andresearch about the development of moral education on teenagers,clarifiesthe function of moral education of university museum on teenagers. Besides,it tells the education value of university museum from culture education,practice education and discipline education, reviews and analyzes thedevelopment history of moral education of the university museum onteenager development. By way of questionnaire survey on primary and middleschool students and university museum investigation, it analyzes thestatus and existing issues about university museum moral education,studies its restricting factors, and puts forward the moral education path,which is by reference to the experience of the moral education functiondevelopment in universities, enhance self-building force, provide policysupport, add more attractive factors for teenagers and effectively increase the connection between university museum and primary-and-secondary schools.This paper, on the basis of the theory and practice research, further study and explore the moral education function and its development of university museum on teenager. The conclusion in this paper however tells that compared with foreign developed countries, we still have conspicuous shortcomings on expressing moral function of university museum on teenagers in both theoretical research and practical research. For basic education workers’and teenagers’expectations, there is still great space for developing of moral education function. Therefore, we ought to go from the national basic educational strategy of morality forming a man, further excavate and develop the moral education function of university museum on teenager and lead university museums out of the campus "ivory tower" to improve and strengthen its implausible role for ideological and moral quality teenagers.
