Research On The Function Optimization Of University Museums In Shandong Provinc

Influenced by the development of national economy and the increasing spiritual civilization demand of the masses,museums,as a non-profit social and cultural undertaking bearing national history and culture,are constantly evolving and deepening.University museum originated from universities,which is highly academic and professional.It is the category with the greatest talent advantage and the most intuitive educational feedback effect in museums.Shandong Province is a big educational province backed by the hometown of Confucius and Mencius,with rich cultural resources and unique natural conditions.The total number of museums ranks first in China for many years.The variety of university museums is complete,the number is increasing year by year and the development trend is rapid,and all functions play an important role.However,looking at the development status of university museums in Shandong Province,due to the influence of the big environment and long-term inherent form,there is a great room for improvement in the exertion of its function effect,so it is necessary to study and discuss the function optimization of university museums.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the path of optimizing the function of university museums in Shandong Province,so as to enhance the function of university museums in Shandong Province and achieve the purpose of positive significance for the development of university museums in Shandong Province and even the whole country.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Collate the relevant literature of university museums,and on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the functional changes and development status of university museums at home and abroad,explain the feasibility and significance of taking Shandong Province as the research scope,and put forward relevant research methods.(2)On the basis of expounding the definition of museum,the concept of university museum and its historical traceability,this paper interprets the particularity of university museum’s function,and points out the key optimization direction: function orientation optimization and function system optimization in the principles and elements of function optimization.(3)Investigate and summarize the statistical list of university museums in Shandong Province,and analyze the current situation,characteristics,shortcomings and reasons of their functions by combing the development process of university museums in Shandong Province.(4)The function orientation optimization,one of the optimization elements,is discussed concretely.Firstly,the instructions of national policy documents on the positioning of university museums are summarized and refined as the optimization basis,and then combined with the construction of university museums in Shandong,they are divided into six categories: history and culture,engineering technology,medicine,natural ecology,art and comprehensive,and the optimization direction is put forward one by one.(5)The optimization of functional system,which is one of the optimization elements,is discussed concretely.Based on the collection management system and personnel management system of university museums at present,the optimization of functional system corresponds to the shortcomings proposed in the previous functional system,and describes the optimization direction from five aspects: education system,scientific research system,display system,cultural communication system and public service system.(6)Finally,aiming at other deficiencies in the function of university museums in Shandong Province,this paper puts forward specific and feasible optimization paths.In terms of self-management,exhibition space,cooperation path and publicity path,this paper gives an optimized path that can help university museums in Shandong Province break the bottleneck and maximize the functional effect.This paper starts with combining the actual situation and solving practical problems,and analyzes and grasps the practical effects of different cases at all times,aiming at providing practical suggestions for optimizing the functions of university museums in Shandong Province,promoting the development of university museums and cultural undertakings in Shandong Province,and contributing some inspiration to the cause of university museums in China.
