With the fact that our Chinese teaching spends more but gets less,manyeducators did a lot of research and practice. At the same time many of them haveformed their own teaching style and teaching art,in the phase of this period, a batchof new superfine teachers are coming to the fore, who are hold innovative spirit andteaching characteirstics. Their personal practical knowledge and professionaldevelopment course is helpful to young teachers. Xue fa gen is becoming animportant person in the field of primary school education in China. What attract usinto Xue is his distinctive artistic characteristics in his teaching.Taking Xue’s Chinese teaching art as the subject, and by discussing and practice,the full-test is divided into4parts:The ifrst chapter is introduction part, mainly discusses the oirgin and significanceof the research, refine and summary of the results and deficiencies on ifne teachersand Xue’s research, the summary of teaching art, teaching content, teaching methodsand teaching language. This part also holds research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the focus of the full text and the innovation place. Iexpounds Xue’s teaching art with scientific theories form the part of teaching contents.This part is divided into three parts: literacy teaching, text teaching based on differenttexts style, writing teaching.The third part mainly discusses Xue’s teaching art from the point of the view ofteaching methods.The ifnal chapter tries to explore Xue’s teaching language art rfom the aspects ofleading-in, feedback and conclusion.
