Information and technology are often used to be in correspondence with course in elementary Chinese education. Currently,web-blog, following Email, BBS and ICQ, is being a new communication tool. As a bran-new reading-writing space for individuals, and a course resource extending writing teaching, blog made the measurement and implement of Chinese teaching strategy and style humanism and comprehensive according to showing oneself, communicating each other, sharing knowledge together.Up to now, practice researches on blog writing are flourishing in the world. However, studies on pupils writing by blog were few, and most studies focused on undergraduates and middle school students. In addition, these studies did not use quantitative writing assessment scale for evaluating pupil writing. What’s the most important, whether blog writing for pupils is good or not remains unclear.Currently, some people think blog can supply beneficial help for classroom teaching, and improve writing ability in pupils; others do not identify with this view.Furthermore, many parents and teachers are afraid of limited sanction from pupils, which may not accord with Green Internet Access. The aim of our study is to assess theory foundation and run state for pupil blog writing, construct effective blog writing style in order to train pupils’interest, activate pupils’potential, and enhance Chinese making according to combining blog technology with writing practice and using all-round assessment methods. We searched CNKI and VIP database and collected basic theory related to blog writing; at the same time we made writing assessment scale by myself, which was employed by pupils, their parents and teachers. Single factor analysis of variance was also used to assess the effect of blog on writing teaching. We find that basic theory of blog writing may be associated with humanism, cognitionism, constructionism, communication and medicine. In addition, writing abilities, such as emotions, sentence and modification, improve to some extend by classroom blog.Based on these results mentioned above, we think that blog can supplement the traditional writing teaching, train writing interest, activate writing potential, and enhance quality and efficiency of classroom teaching, which is suitable to Chinese teaching.
