High-qualitytalent to become eager start-up enterprises and implementation of the firstchoice of object, along with the society, enterprise more and more high tothe requirement of high-quality talent, quality education has become themainstream in the development of education in our country and the world.Quality education aims to improve the comprehensive quality of students,social adult, and not just limited to improve the level of knowledge andskills.Basketball culture since the implanted into college students’ qualityeducation, through the practice found that basketball culture to cultivateand guide the student to have a direct supporting role. Basketball culturebelongs to a kind of sports culture, the necessary sports as college students,enrich the cultural life of the campus, become the necessary project amateurrich campus culture life of college students, through the body, god, healthyheart, nutrilite’s important role.This article USES the literature material method, expert interview,questionnaire investigation and logical analysis, the Shanghai normaluniversity as the research object, through the analysis of the connotation,structure, characteristics of basketball culture, this paper discusses therelationship between the basketball culture and college students’ quality education, and finally demonstrates the basketball culture on collegestudents’ quality education of six positive impact, respectively for theideological and moral quality education, physical education, the innovationquality education, aesthetic quality education, psychological qualityeducation, and scientific and cultural quality education. In the process ofdemonstration of this topic, this paper has the following conclusions:(1) Basketball culture is formed in the college students in the processof participation in sports and enjoy a into college students’ thinking andbehavior in the combination of spiritual culture and material movement, oncollege students’ thinking and behavior have used the correct guidance andthe divergent;(2) The basketball culture on college students’ quality education of thepositive influence is comprehensive, reflected in the ideological and moral,physical, and innovation, aesthetic, psychological, and science and culturein six aspects, is in virtually led to a comprehensive quality education,promote each other, each other between six quality education guiding role.Between the basketball culture and students’ quality education arecomplementary to each other directly promote the influence, the basketballculture in improving college students’ comprehensive quality education atthe same time, in turn, with the improvement of college students’ qualityeducation also can build more high basketball culture.(3) The low degree of basketball culture construction in our country,the number of college students in campus culture construction and index werelower compared with foreign, consider this begs of basketball culture inChina, the university campus there is necessary to create a higher basketball culture atmosphere, make a contribution to improve college studentscomprehensive quality education.
