Whether the requirements to deepen the reform of basic education or the pace to adapt to the times of Ideological and moral education, our teaching is the urgent need to adapt to the development of students’ mental characteristics. Monitorial system used in junior middle school moral character teaching mode was born in this background.Research on teaching guide is not simply to transplant. Instead, the research should be used for improving the theory on the basis of the reference thinking thoroughly, mining deeply, widening our eyes so that it can be used for us, for today and serve our current educational reform and practice, education and management of students ideological construction. In moral qualities lesson in junior middle school, the practice of Monitorial System teaching can guide students to grasp the connotation and teaching method. Combined with teaching, the zone of proximal development theory, subject education, give full play to teachers’ and students’ main role, students’ Monitorial System will be suitably researched and practiced. In that case, we can improve the initiative, learning of students, and the teaching effect and performance.Junior middle school thought moral character class monitorial system of teaching depends on the core, the practice of moral system. Step by step, we guide students’ autonomous learning, mutual teaching learning ability. At the same time, the process can promote the development of students’ thinking ability, enhance motivation and self-confidence.
