Teaching skill is the method and ability of teachers to use in classroom teaching,and it is the intermediate medium or vehicle to spread knowledge.This skill and ability is not innate,but on the basis of teaching knowledge,through continuous simulation teaching and training skills.Only by mastering the excellent teaching skills,teachers can truly achieve that to disseminate principle,instructe school work and answer confusion.Therefore,how to effectively improve the teaching skills of prospective teachers has become a high priority problem normal colleges and Universities in China.The topic makes a deep research on the training mode of teaching skills for normal students major in biology in China,which uses the methods of literature analysis,case study,interview survey,questionnaire survey and experience summary method.First of all,understanding the general situation of the teaching skills of biology students in normal schools through the case study,and to find out the common problems of teaching skills.Then,to master the specific implementation of teaching skills training in Fujian Normal University which based on the interview and questionnaire survey of students majoring in biology.Finally,combined with survey results to optimize and improve the action training model that for improving the teaching skills of biology normal students.In order to provide some experience and enlightenment for the cultivation of excellent teachers in normal colleges and universities in China.
