The essence of education comes from life, serves life call life teaching; the present situation of senior high school entrance examination has forced us to conduct the geography teaching into daily life. The junior high school geography has lost the opportunity of reflacting its own value in the senior high school entrance examination, even have to pick up the value of life that the geography has already forgotten. Junior high school students are given priority to the image thinking and are on higher recognition of perceptual knowledge, and the geographical knowledge is more abstract, life-oriented teaching can make the abstract knowledge visualization, conform to the thinking features of junior middle school students. Only to link the life and teaching closely together, with the help of a highly refined life material, reduce the difficulty of the geography study,and at the same time encourage the students to learn, to solve the actual problem in life. This can greatly stimulate students’ enthusiasm of learning geography, so I favor the life-oriented teaching way to learn the junior middle school geography.In this paper, from the perspective of practice exploration, extensive reading relevant literature, in view of the current understanding of junior middle school geography teaching into daily life is mostly concentrated in the emphasis on the teaching content into daily life, and have the tendency of life and lifestyle, life details are full of the classroom, the teaching content is prefer to common sense, in view of the status of the ways of implementation are not enough comprehensive, through the process of practice, correction and experiment practice, according to my own understanding, to define the junior middle school geography teaching life. In order to prevent errors occurring in teaching practice, to better guide the teaching of life, the paper puts forward the five principles of junior high school geography teaching into daily life:the life principle, the principle of geographic, the principle of local geography, the principle of problem and the principle of openness. Focus on the discussing the five ways of life of realizing the junior middle school geography teaching: teaching content into daily life, teaching atmosphere of life,teaching way into daily life, learning way of life and teaching evaluation into daily life.Finally, the article also in geography classroom teaching and extracurricular practice analysis of the two teaching cases to show geography teaching into daily life of the concrete implementation process. And through the teaching experiment and extensive research, from the two aspects of geography learning achevement and geographic learning literacy, in contrast to detailed experimental data analysis: through life teaching, students’ geography grades and learning literacy all have improved significantly. This may well account for the junior middle school geography in the embarrassing position of examination and psychology and thinking characteristics of junior high school students, starting life teaching is fruitful. In the day of geography education reform, junior high school geography teaching in life is worth promoting.
