Biology is a natural science which is on the basis of experiment. Biological experiments is the basis of formation and development of biological experiments. Biological Experimental Teaching plays an important part in Secondary school biology teaching and works as a basic way of achieving the aims of Secondary school biology teaching. Nowadays, as quality education is fully implemented, carrying out experimental teaching which trains the students skills operation is an important part of quality education; The Cultivation of the students' experimental operation ability is one of the important goals of the quality education. A research on biology teachers, their experimental teaching, students' evaluation of teachers' experimental teaching, , and the state of the installations of biological experiment of the host school, students' ability of biological experiments in nearly 100 ordinary schools of 14 cities of our province shows that in different types and levels of the schools in different parts of our province there exists lots of problems and big difference in its biological experiments in teaching quality of teachers, students experimental ability, experimental installations, experimental implementation and the attention of the leaders .The situation is not optimistic.As to the existing problems, the authors propose : (1) schools and teachers themselves should emphasis on the experimental teaching to improve the quality of teachers. (2) strengthening the capacity of students of biological experiments. Teachers should be clear what experimental qualities and capacities should they train the students and how . (3) to accelerate the pace of biological experiments and equipment, and strengthen the management of the laboratory. (4) innovative experimental teaching mode, and the carry out open experimental teaching to train students experimental capacity. (5) Improve methods of teaching evaluation. "Mobile, standardized" test experimental model for the students of the biological sciences evaluation skills, and constantly improve the experimental teaching evaluation system.As to the existing problems the author gives suggestions which provides reference for the educational administrative departments and schools especially the biological teachers. It plays a positive and significant role in the improvement of the teaching quality biological experiments in our province and training of students' ability of experimental operation.
