With the acceleration of China’s socialist modernization, to promote quality education andcurriculum reform has become an important measure of educational development and progress. Ahigh level of sports is to promote physical education faculty development, accelerate the reform ofbasic education and the key to the pace of implementation of quality education. Sports PhysicalEducation Teachers Teachers are the backbone of the leader and the leader, so the quantity andquality of physical backbone teachers of Physical Education is an important guarantee qualityeducation. Promulgated the "National Teachers Training Programme" implemented, makingteacher training to improve teacher quality and the ability to become a major move. Teachertraining in full swing in the country, and caused great concern in the community, some of theproblems that exist in the training process is also followed, how to solve these problems andimprove the quality and effectiveness of teacher training, teacher training is an urgent need toresolve the current problems.In this paper, the implementation of new curriculum standards under standing of thebackground to the effectiveness of training primary school PE teacher backbone for the study, theuse of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and expert interviews andother research methods, through a university in Shandong Province Primary the backbone of thetraining process and post-training sports teachers (for six months) surveys the present situation,after a preliminary study of the following conclusions:(1) Primary backbone PE teacher, Shandong Province, on the whole has become younger,youth sports teachers to become primary school PE teachers vital a force; in participating in thetraining of teachers, male teachers accounted for75.6%of the total, Female teachers accounted for24.4%, the number of male teachers is3.1times the number of female teachers, the backbone ofsports teachers in the sex ratio imbalance; Shandong Province backbone PE teacher primary levelof education has been greatly improved; elementary school physical education teachers backbonemotor skills quality needs to be improved; number of PE teachers in rural primary backboneaccounted for almost half of the total number of trainees, training institutions should set upappropriate training programs and training methods based on the actual situation of urban and ruraldifferences and regional physical education teachers; participating in the training of teachers toactively participate in training learning, training institutions strictly observe the rules andregulations, learning and discussion atmosphere.(2) Most of the trainees through the training of teachers want to improve their level ofeducation and research level, they are stronger for the purpose of participating in the training.While only a small part of the purpose of participating in the training of teachers is not strong, butthe growth of knowledge through training; participating in the training of teachers for the knowledge gained most desirable teaching methods and means of knowledge (87.5%),professional skills and knowledge (68.3%), new courses change knowledge (65.9%), while thedemand for ethics education, knowledge is low, only to17.1%; participating in the training ofteachers the ability to obtain the most desirable sports teaching ability (90.2%), Athletics(70.7%), the demand for self-learning ability of the lowest (9.8%); most popular approach totraining teachers participating in the training with expert seminars, interactive (21.0%),exchanges of dialogue way to observe lessons (21.0%), most are not participating in the trainingof teachers under the guidance of experts like the self-study approach (5.4%); teachers in theclassroom is the most talked about aspects of the new curriculum specialists (90.2%) andexperienced teachers teaching the backbone line (90.2%), by textbook writers are the leastconcerned (39%). Training institutions in the food accommodation arrangements also have a lotof room for improvement.(3) Participating in the training of teachers during the training harvest more, most areteaching ability has been improved (23.1%), followed by classroom organizational capacity(14.1%) and Athletics (13.5%), the minimum number of self-learning ability, accounting for3.2%.92.7%of the teachers participating in the training effect with the harvest of this training isvery satisfied and satisfied,7.3%of the general training of teachers think that the training effect.Training is the most important factor affecting the training of learning (48.8%) and training(41.5%), with minimal impact to other factors (7.3%). After participating in the training ofteachers improved training capacity, the ability to raise the most obvious of Athletics (21.2%)and teaching ability (19.5%), the most obvious is the sports information technology capabilities(1.7%). By comparing before and after the investigation found that the effect wassignificantly better post-training results as good as the training period, which should lead totraining units attached great importance to the training of teachers by strengthening researchtracking, monitoring and management to enhance the training effect lag.Part of the teachers participating in the training schedule for teacher training,the trainingcourses courses exist dissatisfaction,training methods,evaluation methods, accommodation andfood conditions.Dissatisfaction with the performance in teacher training period and the length ofthe training time is not reasonable;training course focused on theoretical courses,practical courseslight;training Undertake ruse more in order to reduce the cost of training and expert lecturestaught be taught;existing evaluation system still lack the scientific, random ness is large;training funding shortage,poor teacher trainees learning and living environment, affecting the teachingeffect of training.(5)Arrange, adjust training time;reasonable set of training courses;flexible approach totraining;perfect evaluation system;standardized management system is a college of ShandongProvince,"provincial training" program to implement the basic strategy.
