"National Training Plan" is significant to promote and lead the rural backbone teachers’professional development, to enhance the overall quality of the contingent of rural teachers, to promote the reform of rural education and realization of urban and rural balanced development of education. Targeted design of training course is the internal requirement of effectively achieving the good vision of "National Training Plan" and the development of rural backbone teachers. The thought and framework of the research of this thesis is "seeking theory (though literature analysis and empirical investigation)â†'choosing theory (rural backbone teacher’s present situation and the demand analysis, the value and theoretical basis of training course of rural backbone teacher)â†'applying theory (training course design of rural backbone teacher)". Training course of rural backbone teacher has been deconstructed and reconstructed according to multiple perspectives such as rural backbone teachers’ growing pattern, teacher professional development stage theory, adult learning theory, advantage theory and comprehensive perspective of the theory of curriculum design.This thesis is divided into four parts as follows:Firstly, mainly analyzing the reason of topic selection and the theory significance and practice value of this research, systematically and deeply reviewing the domestic and foreign related literatures from different subjects, as well as to elaborately demonstrating and designing the research content and aim, research ideas and methods, the difficult point and innovative point of this research. Secondly, analyzing the situation of present and question of professional development of rural backbone teachers and their training requirement. Through literature analysis, interview and field research on rural backbone teachers under the background of" National Training Plan ", the group scope of rural backbone teachers is redefined, and related aspects of the situation, problems and confusions of their professional development have been carried on the detailed analysis such as their basic information, professional accomplishments of discipline, teaching knowledge-ability, educational affection, education research, educational information technology from the angle of whole and individual. Main demands for training courses equally have been carried on.Thirdly, the value and theoretical basis of training course of rural backbone teachers. Based on policy analysis of " National Training Plan ", the stage characteristics of rural backbone teacher professional development and professional development goals, the thesis firstly established the core values of teacher training course, then constructed the multidisciplinary theory basis of teacher training course design:growth regularity of rural backbone teachers, adult learning theory, advantage perspective theory, the comprehensive perspective of the theory of curriculum design, etc.Finally, systematic design of training course of rural backbone teachers. Based on the problem and direction of rural backbone teachers’ professional development and the core value and multivariate theory, the process and principles, training objectives, content and the activity way are analyzed and built.
