Higher education is an important combination point for developing the primary productive force of science and technology,cultivating the primary resource of talents,and enhancing the primary driving force of innovation.It is also an important starting point for improving the social and cultural level and the quality of the people.important role in the development strategy.Although the first-time teachers in colleges and universities are the latecomers to promote the development of higher education and support their personnel training,they often have various problems in their work.The training of first-time teachers in colleges and universities is an important way to help them realize the transformation of teachers’ roles,establish correct education and teaching ideas,perform teachers’ duties,and improve their teaching ability,which directly affects their own professional development.At the same time,under the trend of continuous updating and iteration of information technology,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode that can make full use of technological advantages,integrate multiple educational resources,and save time and distance costs has become a key means in teacher training.This paper takes the mixed training of first-time teachers in colleges and universities in city s as an example,evaluates and analyzes its effect,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research purpose,research content and methods and related research overview.First of all,from the four aspects of the requirements of my country’s implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education for the construction of college teachers,the transformation of educational concepts in the stage of popularization of higher education,the lack of teaching ability of first-time college teachers,and the transformation of traditional teacher training models under the background of the times,as well as theory and practice.Significance to discuss the background and significance of this study.Secondly,from the characteristics of the professional development of first-time teachers in colleges and universities,the application research of blended teaching in teacher training,and the evaluation of teacher training,the research situation at home and abroad and the shortcomings of various researches are analyzed.Finally,the research is introduced.The content and how to use literature analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method to conduct research.The second chapter defines the concept and the theoretical basis.Firstly,it defines the three research keywords of "first-time teachers in colleges and universities","blended training" and "training effect evaluation".Secondly,it introduces the theoretical basis of this study,the most important of which are the CIPP evaluation model and the Koch evaluation model.The third chapter is the investigation and design part of the current situation of mixed training for first-time teachers in colleges and universities in s city.The first is a brief introduction to the mixed training project for first-time teachers in colleges and universities in city s.Secondly,combined with the data collected in the literature,based on the CIPP evaluation model and Korotkoff evaluation model,through the use of Delphi method for expert consultation,the evaluation indicators including 5 firstlevel indicators,11 second-level indicators and 35 third-level indicators were revised and proposed.system.Finally,according to the proposed evaluation index system,design questionnaire and interview outline to conduct research investigation.Among them,the questionnaire is mainly based on the first-time teachers in colleges and universities participating in the training.A questionnaire including 32 questions is designed,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS27 software.The analysis results show that the questionnaire has high reliability and good structural validity.Further analysis is carried out;the interviews are mainly based on the members of the training project team,the first-time teachers participating in the training,and the person in charge of the personnel department of the university as the interview objects,and the interview outline is designed respectively.The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the mixed training of first-time teachers in colleges and universities in s city.It is mainly divided into the analysis of the basic information of the participating teachers and the analysis of the basic situation of the training.It aims to find the problems in the training and analyze the possible reasons.Among them,the survey results of the basic information of the participating teachers are quantitative analysis of the recovered questionnaire data,and the survey results of the basic situation of the training are first of all a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recovered questionnaire data and interview materials.Summarize the effects of the training from four aspects and find out the deficiencies in the training.The fifth chapter is the suggestion part to improve the mixed training effect of first-time teachers in colleges and universities in s city.Based on the analysis results of the previous chapter,this part puts forward suggestions in four aspects:(1)Focus on teaching functions while taking into account individual development;(2)Strengthen training guarantees and optimize distribution operations;(3)Focus on content and use Appropriate form can improve the interaction effect;(4)Give full play to the influence of training and help the transfer of results. |
